We had an exchange student with us for two weeks.  His name was steven.  He was from China.  We had a lot of fun.  We got to take him to movies, to the dinner, to the park, and have s'mores with him.  We had a blast.  We will miss him a lot.  He was super nice and fun.  He spoke a lot of english for being 13 yrs old and he was a very polite boy.  The kids attached themselves to him immediately.  He brought us gifts and taught us some chinese.  We even had the opportunity to take him to Mt. tipananogis and dif for crystals.  It was beautiful and hot.  We found a lot for the amount of time we were there.  He did not like the heat though.

Running My first 5k Probably by myself.  I have no friends here that can do it this year.  But I am excited! SO that's the news for me. I will post more for the kids soon.  I am happily exercising away, taking shakes and vitamins.  I have also started Ritalin which is good and bad.  It takes a good hour for it to kick in.  But once it does I work away all day and I barely sit now.  My brain is able to function a lot better!
