You have thoughts in your head.
Should I eat this, or a fruit smoothie instead?
You look in the fridge, cupboards and Pantry
Just to find nothing that strikes your fancy.
With you stomach growling and your head all a blur
You reach for your wallet and go for a whirl.
OH! The cravings you will Have...
So many choices, so many foods,
So many snacks and sweets to choose.
The Clerk looks at you funny
and tells you there's a sale.
Sugary sweets, OH... and the greasy smells...
Your stomach is rumblin'
The baby doesn't care
You reach for something and you get that one funny stare.
Oh! The cravings you will have.
Cheetos's and Slurpee's aren't the best choice
But who's to judge your Hormone's choice.
Oh! the cravings you will have.
You rush on home speedy fast
all kids in tow
with Slurpee's they gasp
"Don't hit the speed bumps mom, My Slurpee might splash"
You're cherry coke Slurpee is halfway gone
The kids are fighting for more Cheetos to gnaw on.
Oh! the cravings you will have.
The craving is fulfilled,
but the thought is still there.
What will tomorrow bring,
what craving can I bare?
